Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
We currently ship within continental USA using USPS services. Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Japaa products. However, if something is not right, we are here to help.
Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
We can offer replacements or support in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product was defective on arrival
To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting images.
Refunds
Once your return or replacement request is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
